Motivator
Becoming a motivator is one of the most critical aspects of being a teacher. It gets the kids excited for what they are preparing for and learning and also gets them to understand and respect what you do for them.
Motivation is key to your students striving to succeed. Motivation can make or break a student. It will push some to strive harder, and with a lack of it, some will flounder.. You must work hard to use motivation to each individuals specific need
Creating a sense of individual accomplishment is a key aspect of motivating the students. In my classes, I try to have my students focus on the lesson and learning opportunity within each task, this way, I can help move them each along at their individual paces while motivating them to do their best at each task
Being a motivator is something that is needed in the class room to keep students motivated to learn all techniques.
