lesson plans
I feel that lesson plans need to be developed for each class. not only will this be helpfull for the instructors. Incase of situtations that arise and the instructor needs to all off. then if there is a lesson plan, the covering instructor should be able to pick up where the class was at in their training. but the students will have a clearer picture of what is expected from them
lesson plan from my point of view is more important than reading the deep idea of the lesson, it gives the instructor more contole over covered and non covered subject, give the instructor a prediction for the time need to cover all the subjects,to remmber the small points that might be forgeten
I agree 100%. I also wanted to add that depending on the class/course it must be taylored for that specific class. Since lesson plans are somewhat structured the same the course content will change.
