PREPARTION
Being prepared for each subject or in my case each module preparation is a key to conducting a successful training session or course.
Being prepared is the key to success in teaching. You are a role model for students, so coming to class prepared and organized shows the students that they probably should do the same. As a Math teacher, it is so important to show all the steps to problems and to keep your work nice and neat. If I model this for my students, they are more likely to do it themselves and master the content more quickly.

This is the key part of being a teacher and that is modeling the behavior required of the profession. By being prepared you are showing students that they need to have a level of professionalism if they are going to be successful in their career area.

being prepared each day puts the students at ease, it shows that you as an instructor is capable of doing a good job. also make sure that any training aids you have are in good order.
Make sure you plan ahead each day and reviewed all materials necessary to conduct a positive and productive learning environment.
