Planning and Prep

I have found the more I put into my class prior to the class the better the class moves along. This preparation also allows the students to see my commitment to the material and their success in the classroom.

Preparation can never be under estimated in terms of its' value. Being prepared sets the stage for success for everyone, including instructor and students.

I have only been teaching Face to Face for the last few months. I have been online for over a year. The face to face needs more planning and preparations. I have been teaching a few of the same courses from term to term and this has allowed me to continue to build a structured format in my courses.
I feel that more of these courses here at MaxKnowledge I will be able to build a firm foundation for my classroom.
I agree. The more time I put in for planning and prep helps me relax and not have to rush at the last minute.
