I am not able to go to bed at night before I have my to do list ready for the next day. Usually my to do list will have more than one day's list of tasks on it, that way I stay ahead of the work I need to do.
I also keep different colored post its readily available so I am able to add jobs to my syllabus and lesson plans to back up my to do list.
as we get older this helps more
I love creating to do lists and or course calendars that keep the students as well as myself on track.

So true. Preparation reduces frustration and anxiety on the part of everyone. It lets you come into the class feeling ready to teach and excited about the content.

planning out the task will ease the stress level , helps in time management , helps us cover every materials to be taught and gives us confidence in front of our audience since we know the subject matter that is being covered.
I agree, having a to-do list is very important it keeps me on the track, on time, and well prepared.
I like to make myself a to-do list because it helps keep me organized and to remember things that I may have forgotten.
I do not start my day without a list. I make sure its conducive to the lesson and I also tell my studnts the list. That way there are no suprises. If we do not complete the list we start were we left off the following day. I also encourage them to make their own lists for school as well as in their daily lives.

I am sure that things would be left out if you didn't have your list. It is how I operate as well and my list becomes my most important asset each day I go to work.

I juggle mutltiple students academically and on the administrative side as well. If I didn't have a list to keep me on task, my job would be extremly difficult.
