When an instructor is prepared for the class , it helps ease the tension that he/ or she is ready to begin with a foundation of the course teaching. He or she has a firm knowledge of the course and material being presented
I agree if you show the students that you are prepaired by having handouts and other material ready, they will gat the since that your are in tune with their learning experience and that you care about the outcome.
I find that if you go into the classroom well prepared, it gives the students respect for you and the teacher student relationship will be better.

I definitely feel that if the insturctor is not prepared for class, the students are aware and it detracts from learning in the classroom.
Preparation is very important not only for instructor but for students , helps u stay focused on material tou are teaching . I feel more confidant and I feel that my students feel more at ease and comfortable .

I agree. By preparing for class, you have reviewed the material and made adjustments as needed. The better you as an instructor understand the material, the better you can explain it to your students.
