The student show have a comforable and postive learning enviroment. No one can work under a negative or hostile work enviroment.

You make a very good point about maintaining your calm while dealing with broken, missing or malfunctioning equipment. This way you are showing the students that you are a professional in spite of challenges.

I have had several issues with equipment in the classroom this term. I have stayed calm and told my students we could make something work it is called adaptation. I think by keeping calm and making things work it gave the students confidence in me as an instructor.
Besides the enviroment we need enough physical resourses to conduct the specific course, equipment, materials...
I agree when students are in a learning environment they tend to engage in class discussion.
