Planning and Prep

Planning and Prep also ensures that you cover everything that needs to be covered during that particular class time. Many times we will go off on a discussion, that is important, and as long as I know what still needs to be taught I can bring the students back on track.
Planning and Prep gives the students more confidence in your ability as an instructor. If know you come everyday with a plan to teach they will come with a plan to learn. Everyone like consistency. Especially your students.
