Meeting for the first time
it's vital for a good first impression to the class. This will give the class a good understanding of the professors.
I agree, first impressions are extremely important. It is so easy to make a good impression - just be prepared for the first day of class. It doesn't matter if it is the first time you've taught it or the 100th, be prepared. Spend a little time in the days before the first class to get your thought and notes and materials together.
First impression is everything, whether you are at work or outside of work. First impression can make or break you. If you have a good first impression the class will most likely run smooth throughout the course; however, if you are not prepared on the first day you could be setting yourself up for disaster.
