I always ensure that all objectives on the syllabus are covered in my lesson plan.
In addition to that, I try to include all important dates (tests, quizzes, exams, days off, etc) and homework forthose who want to work ahead. That way, students who know they have trouble learning something can look ahead and have as much time as they need to look over the materials.
