If my lecture is going to be longer than 15 minutes I look for a way to divide with a hands on demo or production.

State change helps alot with your lectures. Some people, even with a ten minutes lecture, get very restless.
I think this is a valuable resource. I use time in the middle of long lectures to demonstrate the procedure or view the actual equiptment. This gives them a visual to aide with the lecture.
That is correct.Me too.I give small breaks after every 20 minutes.
