Time is precious
I have found it difficult to surmise the lenght of time diffrant classes can be focused on the first day. However after careful observation I can plan my presentation much better after day one. I do however teach a 15 day modgule and time is fleeting when it comes to developing and recongnising problem students.
I think it is a wonderful idea that to make some groups and mix students in different level. It will benefit both ways. The smart students will tutor the ones that they need help and bring the level of class to the higher degree. However it might cause some conflict which can be solved considerably in many ways.
it is very important and it form the roud map for the instuctor to manage the time of the lecture and to cover all the subjects and leaving some time for the students quistions wich is very important way of learning
Hi I know how you feel but it takes a few days for me also to find students who need help and affraid to ask . I found the best thing for me is I get all students involved and found making them work with each other helps alot cause I do get some students that really do not under stand english to good and I will work harder with them and stay a little after class to give them extra help and have student that under stand there language work as a team cause my goal is to make sure all my students under stand.I found student respect that and they see me as a idol for never judging and no matter who they are and were they come from I help them all and they feel Comfortable working together with other students.
