Course Content

It is important to recgonize how studnets learn best and adpat course content related to the first day of the course. That way you have a base line for what you are looking for in your studnets.

I find that constantly analyzing how the class is participating is the best measure of how the delivery method is being received.

I agree with your statement in part. Not sure what you mean by the second statement. However, in my experience different generational groups seem to learn in similar ways. This knowing this helps but it is not a "cure all " for a class. Diversity needs diversity and by varying your methods you are better prepared for your class and future classes. Any you are less likely to become "stale".
