Training is the key to maintaining ~
Training is important for any instruction. The more training one has under their belt, the more tools they have to use. I enjoy all training, even if it's a yearly refresher. There always seems to be new information or a simple difference of oppinion between instructors.
Training is key, it helps to reinforce teaching skills you already possess while at the same time teaching new skills or expounding on your present skills.
Training is a way to obtain your ability on your teaching skills.Its for you to build off of what you already have as an educator.Taking the faculty training classes has helped me to be a better educator for job and students.
