Lecture is all the same

Sometimes I feel like my lectures all sound exactly the same just on a different chapter.

Good effort on your part to incorporate strategies for showing students more relevancy and engagement in the content you are offering. I am sure your students are more engaged and focused as a result of your using the stories and case studies. Has this been the case for you?

My goal this quarter is to not do so much lecturing! It has required more work on my part, but I have worked in real world examples and case studies.

When you get to feeling like they do run together look for some different ways to introduce your content. Use small groups, role playing, case studies or other activities that will engage the students while offering them variety in their learning.
