Creating Lesson Plans
All educators need to make wise decisions about the strategies and methods they will employ daily to help students move systematically toward learner goals. Developing Lesson plans help with decision making.
Karen,
I do this as well and it really helps me to improve my activities and delivery. Making the notes takes only a few minutes but yield great results.

I agree! If possible, I make notes on my lesson plans at the end of the class, and save them for the next time I will teach the course. I always look at my goals/objectives, how I implemented them, and what my notes say about what needs improvement. I have found this to be a very helpful tool.
