student have many different ways in which they learn. as an instructor you must use as many methods of instructing as you can so you cover all the needs of you students.

Having different learing styles is a definite plus in my opinion.In my daily teachings I have learned that everybody does have different learning habits.Myself a former MMTC grad it took me doing all levels of learning to get IT.
Hi Glenn - Bravo to your school for offering extra help to students who need it! If we want our students to succeed we need to do all we can for them. The bottom line is that the graduation rate increases which is wonderful!
True, what i also find useful is to create a special class to those individual who may need some additional time to re-practice and apply the new skills that they learned. At my job we offer a skills enhancement class. The ones who attends really shows a good improvment on their skillset.
