There are variety of learning fashions for student and it is best to know different manners to teach in one's class.
It is most important to the student's education, for the instructors to learn the individual learning methods of the students. If we as educators fail to know these very valuable points about our students, we will in the long run, fail to see our students to the successful end of their courses.
