learning styles

identifying learning styles of student can also assist in educational accomodation for impaired students.

Hi Latoya, Thanks for your post to the forum. Yes, active learning that addresses the learning styles is ideal! Best wishes for continued success in your teaching career. Susan

I agree. Also, it makes the overall flow of the class material and delivery of the material a lot more pleasant, fun, and inviting. Students don't get bored if they are reading, then writing/taking notes, working in groups,etc.-constantly doing something different.

For impaired students it is somewhat difficult to know which method will work. So, I would use as many as I can and then follow up with the student
