Teaching to learning styles
Teaching to learning styles is important in understanding your students and how to get information to each student effectively.
It is very important to recognize each students learning style. This will enable the instructor to find techniques to draw participation and creativity from each student.
Once you know the learning styles of your students teaching becomes fun and very productive. Know your audience.

True...But how do you know? Even if you do a survey at the beginning of each mod, you are still faced with having to accomodate several and/or all of the different types of learning styles preferred. Also, it is important to teach in each type of learning style so the students will get to hone their skills at taking in information with each of their abilities as they will in the real world. I feel like a well rounded class should cover each type of learning modality to accomodate each type of students preferred learning style, to educate in each type of learning style AND to give the instructor the opportunity to present information in his/her preferred method of teaching style as well as practice and strengthen the ability to deliver information in each of the modalities.

Firstly. I think that it is important for the students to identify their learning styles. Therefore, I realize that it is my job to help each student identify their learning style which will help them as they transition into their chosen careers.
