questioning techniques
As a current student working towards my undergraduate degree in business I have found that the best question techniques create a environment of open discussion rather than a drill Q & A. The additional stress of a drill causes individuals to question their answers, even if they do have the right answer.
I agree. Open discussions create more enthusiasm within the class. One question typically leads to another and so on.
Exactly! Keep it interesting and you will keep the students' attention.
As an instructor ,I have found that proper questioning techniques, will keep the students intrested and greater learning will occur.
along with opening discussion,also make the questioning atmosphere entertaining as this makes answers entertaining, leading easing the students fear of asking or answering questions
