Questioning
questioning serves as a baseling for where to start with the students and their knowledge.
Questioning also can be very challenging as some students give you the blank stare. I try to break the question down into simple steps to get them started on the answer.
i agree with this and belive that when the student feels good about them self they will retain more and want to get more out of the class.
Questions are also a way of reinforcing students knowledge and creating and building student confidence. When students are boosted by praise they are more likely to be willing to take part in the class discussions and respond to questions.
I am always exploring different Question techniques and I always love to hear how the students respond and finding out what questions work and which one don't.
