so we have to approach each of those issues

Although everyone should be graded equally; we have to make sure that our teaching methods are effective in reaching all types of learners. If that step is missing we will get skewed results from our testing. The grading structure should be explained in detail at the begining of the course, so as to prepare the students ahead of time.
