the value of input on student performance from an on-site supervisor lets oyu know if what you teaching can be applied to a real time work sutition.
Hi Shirley, Thanks for your post to the forum. It's always difficult to give feedback on unsatisfactory performance. It can be received in a more positive light though, if it is framed in a more positive manner. Best wishes for continued success in your teaching career.

I agree with this statement. As I work with the extern sites and employers, I have the ability to assess student self-evaluation of themselves and compare them with the employer evaluations. The students are harder on themselves than the employers however the evaluations are self-motivators. I am still challenge with give the students constructive feedback that may not be favorable.
Hi Robert, Yes, the application of skills is indeed the bottom line! Best wishes for continued success in your teaching career.
