Get Your Students Hired
I use a variety of tests from skill to short answer and everything in between. That gives me a better idea on my students development and how to aid each one.
I really enjoy testing this way, because it shows me what each student is having trouble with and I can help that student at that time and get the student across that obsticle at that point and to proceed on to the next.
I use the Socratic method of teaching by asking questions rather than delivering information. I give them the general idea and then pose questions to the class. I call on them individually.
