Creating Effective Assessments
It is very critical to create assessments as it relates to the type of students we teach and the type of data we want to get from the assessment. We should create assessments based on what the students know instead of what they don't know to prevent discouragement in our students.

I regularly access the students to assure they are on the right path when preparing for the CPC exam.
The best way to create effective assessment is to accommodate the materials that the students have been taught, discussed and demonstrated. I personally teach and prepare my students for national board exam and from examination point of view, and therefore, I regularly assess them from that perspective,keeping in mind what they will have to face in actual board examinations. I encompass all the assessment styles and methods my institution has offered me.
