The Instructor
Knowing that the role of a great accelerator facilitator is trainer, facilitator, and learner,and this is done by the instructor coming in as the teacher bringing in experience and objectives then becoming the facilitator by releasing control to the learners letting them learn in the best way for them but keeping the teacher role close by so things don't get out of hand then letting the learner come in and with an open mine learn something new that maybe one of the learner bring out in discussion.
The instructor should be a role model.
Class discussion is very important. I try to involve as many students as possible to try and solve a problem if a question comes up such as a technique or an ethical dilema.
