Teacher, facilitator and learner
This section opened my mind to the different roles of teaching...I have embraced all 3 roles in the classroom but will be even more aware how each role delivers two-way communication which accelerates learning which is the goal in the first place.
This course should be taken by all instructors so they can apply to each and every class that they conduct. I am sure this course can help us teachers far more than just being a teacher.
I believe that this is a great concept. The students appreciate two way communication. It gives me the opportunity to share with my students my experiences and allows them the apportunity to ask questions and learn other ways to process information. They appear to feel like they are part of the process and not just reading the material they can use application and they tend ro retain the information easier. It keeps them interested in the subject of discussion.
Yes, there is wisdom in that ststement. I want to be consistent with successful behavior! INtentional and deliberate!

often we are doing the successful behaviors, but when we can name them & be intentional about their use we will have even more impact.
