Instructor improvement
It's okay when you can learn something from your students. One of the things I say to my students is that even though I am the instructor, there are things I can learn from them.
their is always something to learn about a subject maybe a new way of explaining it or a new model or idea comes out, we can always learn something new if we keep and open mind.
I explain that Im human and I am always learning new things in the Dental field. That is what makes it so dynamic and interesting. I love the Dental Field.
I'm an automotive instructor and I'm always learning something new from my students about new technologies out in the automotive field which is constantly changing and it is very hard to keep up with the changes.
we as instuctors always have room for growth we just have to humble down and accept different ideals and things
