Examples of Music By Target Brain State
I am intrigued by the idea of using music in the classroom. The guidelines provided seem too general to implement efficiently. Can you please provide some specific examples of music that is known to be very effective for eliciting specific brain wave activity?

Your best bet is to do some internet searching with the few parameters they did mention, and go from there. I did see 60-80 beats per minute, only instrumental (no vocals), and copyright free for parameters, along with a few authors/composers and entities that produce these types of music. Searching with these parameters should definitely help get you started :)
I agree. They just mention alpha music but nothing that states what that may be.
