Michael, you make a good point about preparing students for work; and no, most employers will not make special modifications for learning hurdles. That is why it is important to help students to identify how they learn best and give them the tools, the questions to ask if you will, to make those modifications for themselves as needed. For instance, if an employer utilizes a training video and the student has a hard time processing a lot of verbal information all at once, they may ask if there is a transcript available to study.

You are right - there probably isn't much that you can do in such a short period of time with 30 students.
There are two things which are worth considering: 1) ensure all instructions are very clear, and 2) slow your lecturing/instructional pace as much as possible while continuing to cover required materials.

i get my students for only 3 weeks, it is really hard to get to the root problem in such short time when managing 30 students with different problems.

Each learner differs in their degree of ability and skill. Some easily grasp material and others need additional information and examples. I try to include visual aids, reading exercises, and hands on experiences in order to reach most of the students in the class.
I agree with you. Understanding the needs of all types of learners is a job in its self. It appears that the teachers are saddled with time constraints to deliver the material necessary and still have to make the analysis and the implementation of a learning modification. The only concern I have with this style of modified learning is, what does the employer do about a modification?
