I feel instructors should help students reach out of their comfort zones. Students should explore all learning styles. Helping students become use to various learning styles the student will be able obtain a greater benefit of all training settings.

I encourage students to try other learning styles after they identify which one they are by a poster on wall showing the 4 styles. to see if it helps them understand the material they are learning
