Educational Techniques
In a classroom setting we will always have people who learn by seeing, hearing and doing.
I incorporated all three methods in my classroom setting to ensure I will reach all my students

Michael,
Great package you are offering your students. You are touching on all of the learning preference areas and I know your students are benefiting from having such learning opportunities.

I'm lucky enough in this regard to be teaching computer courses; they're provided with the audial (my lecturing), visual (courtesy classroom projector) and tactile (you can't just talk about computers, so there's a lot of hands-on stuff). The tactile seems to work the best under these circumstances, although I tend to get more attention paid when I guide them through steps.
Mark,
The more the better when it comes to different strategies and activities. You are engaging your students in so many different ways and this helps them to work within their learning preferences.

I also agree with the seeing, doing, learning approach. We also try using mnemonics, photo cues, music, games, and virtually anything that can trigger memory using more than one sense.
Jeannette,
Good strategy that is not only beneficial to the learning of your students but using these three approaches increases their learning preferences. They get to see how they can work in other areas of knowledge intake while taking in new information. This will be helpful to them as they grow their careers.
