I too am happy this idea was brought into play because I have worked with people who believe if one did not earn a degree they were less intelligent. When this type of thinking is promoted in a work setting, everyone loses because no one's best comes out. It is for this reason we need to continue encourgaging students to keep reaching and learn all they can in the way they can learn it.

We as teachers or instructors may learn many things from our students , life is a living process , every day there is a different challange .

I would agree too. To often we write folks off because they don't know what we know. Everyone has something to contribute. I love when I see a student light up when telling about something they have done that no one else or myself has done in the classroom.

Amen brother!
So often we teach to one or two styles of learning. I have had many students who struggle with the class room material yet perform extremely well in lab. the difficlut part is tieng all the different learning styles into a comprehensive training experience.
