and working, and it is a pleasure to remaind the first day when the student just walk thru the classroom whitout knowledge and kind of lost.

Don't you just these types of students. They are motivated goal oriented and ready to go. All we instructors have to do is head them in the right direction and off they go. This excitement helps us when we have to work much harder with the other students that aren't as engaged in the learning process as the first group.

I meet with student's daily who are ready to make a change, who know where they want to go, who have goal's and want to make them happen. These students are my motivator to encourage those who need help making goals happen.
