I do believe in this day and age we have to approach the class from all sides. I know that I interact with both groups well although, Adults are more focused on the goal at hand while the young adults need more one on one with the instructor.

They have common learning goals but different life experiences so they need to be treated with respect so they will feel they are being accepted into the course.

our adult students although more mature,that makes easer the lening process,have a lot of social and economic and personal difficulties that make them a special group,most of them have children to take care of ,most of them work,shifting hours,have husbands or wives,some have difficult family environment even involved in domestic violence,what should make us understand them more at the time of setting our goals ,how to deal with them and what to expect from them.
