Different Age Groups
When I went to school back in 1997 there was a varitey of ages in my class. I remember the class was seperated. The 20 year olds all were together and the 30 to 40 year old were together. My instructor at that time didn't have us all work together. Being an instructor now I make sure there are no clicks. I don't have the same two people buddy up all the time.
i feel this is very important because you will deal with older or younger people. also people of various back grounds.
I agree. Life in itself is diverse. The more contact our students have with different realities and experiences, the more success they can achieve.

They need to learn how to work with people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. The more we can exposure them these experiences the better prepared they are going to be in the work place.

I think this is increasingly important since students will work with a wide variety of people in the workplace, including those they do not like.

Good approach. This way the students will learn how to work with different age groups and different personalities. This is what they are going to face out in the workplace.
