keeping up your focus
as i get in to the later part of tthe day i do feel sometime that it is easy to loose focus.
one way of recharching is try to spend a much one on one time during lab with as many students as possible

There has to be a leader in the classroom and it has to be the instructor. So we can't lose our focus or the class will collapse on itself and no one will benefit.

True it is easy to lose focus but remember if you as an instructor loose your focus the students will follow doing the same.
Indeed. I have also found that a "break" can take many forms. Group time, case studies, a short video all keep things moving and fresh.
That's a great point. It's so easy to lose focus as the day winds down and to not be as present in the moment as you should be.

Good plan. This helps to get the students revived for the remainder of the class and it shows them that you care about their continued learning in the class.
