This a great concept. As instructors, we all need to find time to look at ourselves, and recharge and rejuventate. This will keep us excited about going back to the classroom.

I was impressed with the idea to take a midterm look at success points, too.
As noted in the module, what a great opportunity to note accomplishments as well. Many times, it is true, that we don't realize everything we've learned.
It is another method toward motivation and student success. I really enjoyed this module!
I agree Debra. It's very easy to become bogged down in the details of managing a class--grading, posting, counseling, tutoring, etc. This seems to be a very well defined tool that might help alleviate some of the midterm slump and keep a high level of energy throughout a course.
