REFOCUS
It is really important to refocus the instructor when feeling withdrawn from a specific subject.

Thank you for these comments. Yes, we do get worn down as instructors. We need to encourage and support each other just as you have mention. We can be cheerleaders for each other throughout our careers.

As instructors we are not always eager to continue teaching a class due to poor performance or lack of student interest. I appriciate the help and advice from other instructors and leads who can make me aware that I need to refocus. We need to not give up on each other as instructors but help and motivate ourselves for our students.
I agree because the instructor is the leader and if the instructor becomes withdrawn the students will follow the leader.
