Keeping your focus on your students
Keeping your focus on your students is vital to their success and motivation of the classroom.
Keeping my focus is a must in my line of work. the numbers can vary on a given day on the number for student that will particitpate in class. I believe the number vary partly because I maybe wasn't focus eonugh on my students. If a students believe deeply that his or her instructor has lost focus, then yet will lose focus.

Right you are. We need to always be student centered in our approach to instruction. If we are and remain such then success will be both our students and ours.

Teaching is a profession where the main focus is the student. And the purpose of teaching is to arm our student with the skill he/she needs and graduate them. Once we lose site of this we need to refocus, reenergize replan and get back to what we do best-being teachers. We owe it to our students.
