Motavating Students
Keep students focus by let them see you enjoy the job that they are training for and it will be fun and exciting when they comeplete the course.
I agree that students should see that instructors enjoy their job. Also, as a cosmetology instructor, the school where I work allows us to bring in motivational speakers from our profession and oftentimes they have different events (hairshows,competitions, bootcamps,etc) that the students can participate in and they really enjoy it, and that helps to keep the motivated and focused on the future.

bring in graduates as guest speakers and tell them about thier degree and there work place and how important it is be successful

This is such a great way to get students motivated. They see the graduates as their peers so the information they share really gets them ramped up and excited about the potential they have if they complete their course of study.

I completely agree. My sister was also in career services and she liked to bring in past grads who are successful and have them share their experiences with students on their way to success
