Sucessful instructors
I believe an instructor could benefite from student suggestions as to how they could improve their skills.
As long as they don't use it as a weapon to attack you, and that you are open to constructive critism and willing to try new things!
Yes I also believe receiving constructive criticism from students can help aide in improving the instructor. Having a student survey and reviewing that feedback with your boss to build a plan will be valuable information.
i believe that a lot about the instructors role in class is brought to light by the student feed back & surveys because this is the only effective way in proving the instructor succeeded in retaining his students & being respected & liked as a professional
i always like to ask my students what they have found helpful in my course;therefore i will try to embrace their ideas because my job is to satisfy them with all the learning requirements they need, so giving back a positive feed back will encourage the teacher to improve more , also negative feed back should be thought as constructive & not to take things personally with any one student but rather help one build a better professional instructor for the students to learn better.
