Learnativity

As a student it was very helpful to not only read and hear lecture on material, but hands on experience worked extemely well for me when it came to retention of the material.

Ramon,
There is a powerful connection between the mind and manipulation. By doing hands on work with new content the memory retention rate is much higher.
Students can see that the content is relevant and they can apply it to their lives and that makes for satisfied students.

When it comes to training it is essential to apply learnativity (hands-on-training) for it is one of the most effective ways of teaching. Students seem to be very comfortable when this kind of exercises is given to them. These activities help compliment the reading and lectures for better understanding.
