if i had a student that was unmotivated in class how can relate to them in a nicley manner that this will effect there cerear
Hi Wayne,
I would find out what makes them “tickâ€, they are in the class for a reason. Why? Once I know just a few items that are of interest to them I find what is in the specific course that I can ensure that they are involved with and have the ability to become participants in. This does not always work as I have found there are those who are happy with poor, but passing, grades. Everyone has a motivator, it just may not be academic.
