we as instructors have to create a learner motivation for the students, for them to be successfull in their fields and for we as instructors to be successfull in ours.
I AGREE WITH RALPH THAT WE MUST BE SUCCESSFUL IN OUR FIELD BEFORE WE CAN LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

Good plan for helping your students to get ready for the employment chase. They need all the skills they can get as they become job ready. The more experience they have and the greater their knowledge of how to search for employment the greater their results will be.

It is necessary for us to present a successful attitude ourselves about our work, in order to help them be successful. I also work with my students on Resumes and cover letters. We spend time learning how to present ourselves in 10 minutes
