Good point about the students feeling pampered and fully at ease. Post secondary education is a choice and impacts the future of every person that enrolls in such a setting. The students need to see that it is their responsibility because it is their career goals that are at stake.

If the student it to comfortable and to relaxed, will the urgency and importance of the course material become mute? The student may feel it is un-needed or of little importance if they are pampered and fully at ease.
