maintaining structure
When the class is not structured enough I find the students losing focus and often getting confussed as to where they should be in their skill set. It is of great importance that there is a certain amount of predictability.
that is soo true. the students want to complete objectives.i post rules needed to guide activities,and anything else that gives them structure

Structure is the lesson plan and being prepared to thoughtfully present the material and folowing the agenda you set. My philosophy is that if you are going to drive an hour to see me. I am going to give you value for your educational dollar.
You don;t have to predict you are going to learn something in my class..I guarantee it
