Keeping student motivated is one of my main focus, because if they are praised they feel as is they accomplish much. I always start class off with a motivating word and the student get involve right off.

Hi Nadia,
I teach extremely technical automotive things to new people. Most haven't had to think as hard as I have to challenge them to. It's a new experience for some who thought they would get to act like "Goober" on the Andy Griffith Show. Many embrace it and some don't do as well. I try to help all my students grow.
