It's Amazing
It's amazing how we spend so much time in a classroom teaching using these methods to get the student to understand, and we never really think about the technical terms until we see it again then all of a sudden it becomes a light bulb. I had forgotten all about Extrinsic and Intrinsic until I started this lesson
Like Vanessa said we spent so much time in classroom hoping we are doing a good job and totally forgetting about the technical terms until we see them again, this course is really helping me reevaluate how I present my material in the classroom.
Vanessa, that is one purpose of this type of training. We as instructors get so busy performing our craft that we sometimes forget the basics. Think of an athlete or a athletic team. Most of the participants have played their sport for several years and know their assignments well yet they all need a coach and often times several coaches to contine to remind them to focus on the basics. We are instructors are not much different. While we may not use our muscles and coordination to perform a physical skill we do use our minds all the time and as our schedules become busy and complex we tend to forget the basica so thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule and getting back to the basics. Your students will benefit from your time investment.
